Product Safety system applied in Üstün Ambalaj undertakes the compliance of legal requirements and fulfilling the sub-policies described below with continuous support and participation of all employees together with the principles of product safety by meeting all legal requirements in all phases ranging from the process of production to supplying to consumers for satisfaction and health of customers.

HYGIENE POLICY

Our company warrants to our customers the products that have no physical, chemical and microbiological contamination by using all resources available and employing hygienic-healthy and safe products and our information and experience.

ILLNESS POLICY

Personnel having a critical health problem is directed to a health institution. If required, these personnel are not allowed to enter the production areas until he/she gets recovered.

PHYSICAL APPEARANCE AND JEWELLERY POLICY

Those with no working clothes are not allowed to enter the production areas (exposed areas with products) Our company is responsible for cleaning working clothes. Personnel may not use any jewellery while working in production areas and may not wear makeup.

SMOKING AND FOOD POLICY

It is prohibited to smoke and eat in production areas. Visitors are ensured to comply with this rule by way of hanging warning signs. It is allowed to smoke and eat only in designated areas. It is not allowed to carry cigarette pack, lighter, match and any food in the pockets in the production area.

COLOUREDBAND AID USE POLICY

In case of any injury, department supervisors ensure that personnel usecolourfulband-aid or personnel is referred to health institution depending on the severity of the woundand his/her presence is approved by demonstrating it to department supervisor outside the company.

GLASS POLICY

It is prohibited to have any kinds of glass in the production area.
